"Oh lets go fly a kite! Up through the atmosphere where the air is clear!"

I so enjoy picking random titles. But I suppose later on in the post the title won't be so random. It just seems really random now. But you shall see.
(He's just so cute!)

A warning. This will be a pretty long post, I have a lot to talk about. Lets start with my new template. I've been working on my template for a few days. It wasn't cooperating at first. But I think I have it now.
(My little "Ladybug")

I'm still changing a few things around, but it should be complete soon, and then I'm going to leave it alone until Summer. That's my plan anyway. I'm thinking about having a giveaway. I have two polls on the sidebar, if you would kindly do those, I would much appreciate it. I think I'll need a few more readers before I do the giveaway, because it wouldn't be any fun if just 5-6 people entered. And that wouldn't be much fun.
(Oh golly gee! A giraffe! (Elijah) )

If you get what I mean. Last weekend here in Oklahoma it was pretty chilly. But this weekend, well I should say Saturday. Was absolutely lovely. Its Sunday now, and the temperature is 38 and sunny. I ran outside barefoot to grab something from the car. (I had to go through the backyard, around the house and out the gate, because I couldn't go through the front door, the floor was wet.) And it doesn't feel much like 38.
(The cutest little Mickey Mouse I've ever seen! (Aaron) )

Loverly day again! Last weekend we got a bit of snow, not even an inch though. It snowed all day Monday, but the ground was too warm, and the snow melted immediately when it touched the ground. Twas terribly sad.. Sunday I made Hot Chocolate and Sweet Potato cookies, and we watched a snow movie, it had just started snowing them, it was nice.
(Abi and Micah being silly :D )

But no snow now. If you look out the window you wouldn't be able to tell it was January. *grumbles* January is suppose to be snowy! Not sunny! I'll stop complaining about the weather though. I've been wanting to write long random letters in my red ink pen lately. (Too weird!) So in the last week I've sent four letters all written in a lovely red ink.
(Micah smiling behind the counter!)

But I'm crazy that way. I like writing letters. Looong letters are fun also. The biggest letter I've ever written is 14 pages long. O.o I have TWO new pages on my blog! (I deleted two though to make space for my two new ones) : Adventures of Chicken (Where you can go and read all about my little Doodad)
(Micah in a box. He dumped all the toys out of it first)

and : The Author (Which is basically an "About Me" page, just a little different though). And now I have some pictures to show you. (Besides the ones you've randomly been seeing!) (Some of these pictures will explain the title) Alright, here we go!

"Ohhhh let's go fly a kite up to the highest height! Lets go fly a kite and send it soaring up through the atmosphere up where the air is clear! Oh, lets go fly a kite!"

"Once you send it flying up there, all at once your lighter than the air!"
"You can dance on the breeze over Alpses and trees with your fist holding tight to the string of your kite!"
"Oooh lets go flight a kite! Up to the highest heights!"
"Lets go fly a kite and send it soaring up through the atmosphere up where the air is clear!"
"Oh lets go fly a kite!"
I think as you can see by the pictures, Micah and I had a very fun time "flying through the air". It was hysterical watching his little face and listening to him squeal!

God bless!

"Oh I hate this! Its revolting!" "More?" "Yes please!"

I apologize for being so random with post titles. I just enjoy doing that. Right now it is snowing! (Finally! I thought it wouldn't snow this winter!) The smell of hot chocolate and cookies are in the house, I just finished up a letter to one of my friends and a mug of hot chocolate. I'm making cookies also. Sweet Potato Cookies. They are my Nana's favourite. (My Nana lives across the street) She called and asked me if I would make them for her. So that's what I'm doing, making cookies and blogging. Lovely combination. I'm also watching a movie called "Cool Runnings" its about the first Jamaican bobsled team competing in the Olympics. Its based on a true story!

Rachel wanted me to tell my readers about Mittens. Remember Mittens? When we first found her she weighed 3 pounds. Just three pounds! Since then she's gained at least 3 more pounds. Last time we took her to the vet she weighed 6 pounds, but thats been a quite a while. We decided a few days ago that we weren't going to keep her, we were just going to foster her until we found a good owner. Because she was terrified of the little boys and she was always hiding, also she wouldn't come out of her crate. But then these last few days she's been so different! She rubs against her leg, and she actually wants to be picked up, she is also exploring the house now, and she's much friendly! So now we've decided to keep her. So confusing.

And here are the lyrics to a song I've been enjoying!

Everybody falls sometimes
Gotta find the strength to rise
From the ashes and make a new beginning
Anyone can feel the ache
You think it’s more than you can take
But you are stronger, stronger than you know
Don’t you give up now
The sun will soon be shining
You gotta face the clouds
To find the silver lining

I’ve seen dreams that move the mountains
Hope that doesn’t ever end
Even when the sky is falling
And I’ve seen miracles just happen
Silent prayers get answered
Broken hearts become brand new
That’s what faith can do

It doesn’t matter what you’ve heard
Impossible is not a word
It’s just a reason for someone not to try
Everybody’s scared to death
When they decide to take that step
Out on the water
It’ll be alright
Life is so much more
Than what your eyes are seeing
You will find your way
If you keep believing

I’ve seen dreams that move the mountains
Hope that doesn’t ever end
Even when the sky is falling
And I’ve seen miracles just happen
Silent prayers get answered
Broken hearts become brand new
That’s what faith can do

Overcome the odds
You don't have a chance
(That’s what faith can do)
When the world says you can’t
It’ll tell you that you can!

I’ve seen dreams that move the mountains
Hope that doesn’t ever end
Even when the sky is falling
And I’ve seen miracles just happen
Silent prayers get answered
Broken hearts become brand new
That’s what faith can do
That's what faith can do!
Even if you fall sometimes
You will have the strength to rise

God bless!

Noch eine weitere zufällige Post.

Aren't I the confusing one? I think only one of my friends will be able to read the title, without using a translator. I really like German. A lot. I got a tiny little English to German, German to English dictionary at the bookstore the other day, its very helpful, I like it a lot. Speaking of Languages, my mom has started me on Latin. I'm not so sure I like it yet, its interesting and I think today it made some sense.... Why oh why does this always happen to me? Every time I sit down to write a blog post (When I have time!) I can never ever think of something to say. I guess this shall be a very random blog post, because I have lots of random facts/information to share.

Let's start with Black Mint Gum. Yeah. Black Mint Gum. Its good, but the black part of the gum looks weird. Its just sort of weird chewing a black piece of soft mint tasting stuff. Random...

I'm currently working on two short stories for a children's magazine. I'm also edited one of my short stories I had written a few months back. One of the short stories is actually about writing. Maybe I'll post it after I get it all written. I should probably post a chapter or two of my NaNo novel. Though it isn't done yet. Its January, back to writing!

I've started a photography blog. I had one before, but I didn't like it, and it wouldn't let me post pictures because of the template. You can now find my photography blog here. I'm sorry if the template is kind of a mess, I'm working on it soon though!

Well, this isn't as long as I wanted it to be, but it will have to work for right now. I'll try and get on tomorrow and write a real blog post! Oh, by the way, do you like my new template? I still haven't gotten it all set up, but I'm working on it!

God bless!

Happy Birthday Joshua!

(Shhhhh, I'm not really suppose to post this (Under Joshua's orders) but I wanted to anyway, he isn't suppose to know I posted this, good thing he doesn't read my blog ;D (Shoot, he found out!)

(Now just for Joshua, I won't say anything else about anything else, just for Joshua)

OTHER than he's a great big brother, and for some reason mom can't get the word "Sixteen" out of her mouth, the only word that comes out is "six" (She just doesn't like how old he's getting) So Joshua is now "Six". I suppose six fits him, he's.... Really tall..... Past Six feet... I feel really small next to him :-/

God bless!

Cookies and the Doodad.

I thought since most people's post titles today would be Happy New Year! Or 2011! I would do something different. I could have always titled it 1-1-11. All one's today. But as you can see, I didn't. I made cookies today, for my older brother Joshua's birthday. He'll be 16 on Monday! **Falls over** We're having hot wings for dinner tonight, yum! Anyway. Here are a few pictures, starting off the new year! I just had to show my readers two of the doodad. I know I've been posting a lot about him, but he's just so adorable ♥

The Cookies : "Never ending row of cookies"

Doodad : "Adorable little curls ♥"

Doodad : "Cottage Cheese!"

There you go. And thats all I can think of. Have a great new year!

God bless!
